The Department of Electronics Engineering was established way back in 1983 as per AICTE circular no.FP-B\IIRC\92\22234 dated 31\03\1984. It is accredited by National Board of Accreditation, New Delhi, in year 2003 and by The Institution of Engineers, Kolkata, in year 2002. The department is affiliated to North Maharastra University, Jalgaon and currently runs two undergraduate program as follows: |

Strength |
|
The strength of department is well qualified and experienced faculty. The department has seven Assistant Professors, seven Senior Lecturer and twenty Lecturers. Most of them are having postgraduate qualification and has experience around 15 years. . Many of our faculty members are working on various university committees like BOS, Examination panel. They have also published research papers in various international and national conferences. Infrastructure |
|
The department has well equipped 13 different labs and six classrooms spread over 2206 sq. meters. All laboratories are well furnished and equipped with latest equipments and practical setup as per the trends in the industry. The central computer lab is equipped with latest machines connected in LAN and offers the facility of broadband connection. The department provides departmental library facility which consist 400 reference books and 55 data manuals. We also have reading room facility for daily news papers. |

Academics |
|
We have transparent term work system with two tests in each semester. This encourages students to study on continuous basis. The student of our department secures top ranks in university merit list and an overall result is in the range of 90%. |

Extra
Curricular Activity |
|
The department not only works for academic excellence as it is evident from university toppers list but also provides platform for overall personality development of the students. Our student association EESA organizes various events like paper presentation, farewell, welcome party, Engineers day and Teacher day etc. The department also arranges industrial tour and personality development programs for the benefit of final year students. |
|
The department organizes an industry oriented audit course in emerging technology for the students, like VLSI, 8051 Microcontroller and Embedded System etc. |
