Admission To First Year of Engineering

The candidate shall be eligible for admission subjected to compliance of all the following conditions

Must have passed H.S.C.  (10+2)  examination in first sitting with English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics including practical exam and must secured at least 50% marks in PCM group.

H.S.C. students passed after 31st December, 1998 only are eligible for admission.

The total intake capacity come to 400 out of which 50% seats are to be filled up as free seats (Meritorious students of Maharashtra only ) and remaining 50% seats on payments for which the tuition fees is 31,100/- per year. All admissions are made by competent government authority only which will be notified later on. The seats remaining after unfilled after completion of process by government are filled in by the institute after about a week as specified by the government. Separate hostel accommodation is available for boys and girls with the capacity of 240 and 140 respectively. As per government of Maharashtra policy, admissions will be effected centralized at the center decided by admission authority this information is available in prospects which will be supplied by admission center. The date of issuing admissions forms is normally from the declaration of H.S.C. results as per notifications of Director Technical Education, Mumbai. The admission process starts from 1 July 2008. Hence admission forms will be made available w.e.f. 1 July 2003 same should be submitted within a week time i.e. from issuing of application forms for details please see the advertisement to be published by Directorate Of Technical Education, Maharashtra State, Mumbai.
